Final tally resulted in 3 champions and all three of our horses competing in the All Breeds Ridden Challenged picking up Top 8 places from a class of 40 horses

Tinela Lodge came home with the National Junior Dressage Champion
Overall Bronze medal in the Senior Dressage

Biography: less...
Jade began her riding career a lot older than most riding fanatics. She grew up in Mosman in the northern suburbs of Sydney as very much a city girl. She always liked the idea of riding and during school holidays occasionally went to a riding camp based out near Blaney NSW, but it wasn't until she left school in 1996 that she really started riding. In 1997 Jade took a gap year and requested in all her interviews that she might be placed at a school in England that had a horse program, but instead they sent her to Yorkshire Riding School that was owned and run by Christopher and Jane Bartle, a brother and sister duo who both had incredible riding credentials, both representing England for Dressage at the Olympics as well as Christopher winning huge Eventing comps such as Badminton.
Jade started at Yorkshire knowing nothing, including what on earth "on the bit" meant. It was an incredibly fast learning curve in which Jade very quickly fell in love with Eventing. On return to Australia Jade worked for Stuart and Karen Tinney for a year and a half as well as going to uni to study journalism. It was here that Jade bought her first horse Lutello who took Jade from very beginnings to 3* in only three years, he was a very special horse.
From here Jade continued her love affair with eventing purchasing a few more horses who all made it to at least 2*. The next biggest partnership was with a horse called Holstien Park Leilani. Jade purchased this amazing mare as an 8 year old from Amanda Lancaster. Jade always had faith in the elegant mare who took a long time to learn her trade, she was a slow learner who needed a special kind of patience, which Jade was more than willing to show her, always knowing the she was special. When Jade fell pregnant in 2008 she passed the ride on to her close friend Chris Burton who has continued to nuture Lani to great success, now travelling to WEG in Kentucky in October 2010.
Jade is now back riding after the birth of her beautiful little girl Piper. She has some very exciting young horses in her team including the gorgeous Frontier Psychiatrist a 2* 8 year old gelding, Bloomers Twinkletoes owned by Margaret Scott, a 9 year old 2* mare, Showtime a 5 year old mare, and Oaks Cordelia owned by Jennifer Stewart, a 5 year old mare. All the team is very promising and have had a brilliant 2010 so far, bringing home many blue ribbons, so Jade is very excited for the future of all of them.
Jade lives and trains in Cattai near Windsor NSW on her stunning property with her husband and daughter. She trains horses at all levels for all levels of rider and is very involved with coaching the NSW junior contingency and remains as enthusiastic about the sport and her horses today as the day she started.
